Thank you for providing me with a very good stay. Extraordinary hotel, fantastic views and location is ideal adjacent to gorgeous beaches and the Japanese restaurant and the downtown area. I loved the staff, they are hard-working. The lobby bar offers alcoholic drinks.

Excellent place with excellent wi-fi, a beautiful infinity pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff even helped me with bug spray on my first stay. I can't wait to return for Christmas!

During my two-night stay, I experienced several issues. The toilet in my room leaked, causing water to cover the floor, and it took the maintenance team over two hours to address it. On the second night, I was locked out of my room for over an hour due to a faulty lock, and the absence of a supervisor after 9 PM was infuriating. After these incidents, I was told someone would follow up the next morning, but I'm still waiting for any communication.

Totally recommend for a weekend escape

Amazing service, delicious food, with fresh corn tortillas made on-site in the restaurant. The infinity pool was well-maintained and perfect, while the location provided easy access to nearby shops and attractions.

Everything went smoothly.

I awoke to water all over my room from a leaking toilet, how charming! They took two hours to fix it, and later I was locked out for over an hour. To add insult to injury, I expected a complimentary drink for my troubles, but that was too much to ask, apparently.
